Mold Assessment Services
New York State Licensed Mold Assessment
Mold assessments are performed by a New York State–licensed Mold Assessor, independent of any remediation contractor, in compliance with NYS Labor Law Article 32.
Services include:
Visual inspection and moisture evaluation
Identification of conditions conducive to mold growth
Limited invasive inspection where appropriate
Indoor and outdoor air sampling
Surface sampling when required
Written Mold Assessment Report with findings and recommendations
Mold assessments are conducted without performing mold remediation, as required by New York State law to avoid conflicts of interest.
Asbestos Inspection Services
NYS DOL–Compliant Asbestos Inspections
Asbestos inspections are conducted in accordance with NYS Industrial Code Rule 56 and applicable federal standards.
